REXALL PLACE TICKETS

The Rexall Place was initially built in 1974, two years following the creation of the Edmonton Oilers hockey team. At first, the Rexall Place could only accommodate up to 15,200 spectators, although this was changed after the Oilers’ team was admitted into the NHL in 1979 and the number of seats available was brought up to 16,839. 

Nevertheless, the Rexall Place is still one of the smallest amphitheatres in the league, which is odd considering the important hockey market present in the city of Edmonton, where fans are known to be loud and noisy.
